Machines & electronics up to 200 °C

We have been working on complete drive systems for down-hole applications in industry. In deep wells temperature can reach 200-300 °C. In addition pressure is extremely high. What also characterizes down-hole applications is limited space. The challenges for this type of machines are cooling, withstanding pressure and of course using HT materials and components.
